General admission is available for soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball home contests.

Current UMSL students, faculty and staff receive free admission with a valid UMSL ID.

When Do Gates Open?

Ticket gates open one hour prior to the scheduled event start time.

Student-Athlete Complimentary Tickets

UMSL student-athletes may provide up to four complimentary tickets to family and friends for regular-season home contests. Complimentary tickets are electronic and must be requested by the student-athlete in advance.

Important: Student-athletes must enter complimentary ticket requests into Spry at least 24 hours before the game. Guests should confirm that the student-athlete has the correct email address before the deadline.

How the Process Works

Submit in Spry The student-athlete enters the guest's email address in Spry at least 24 hours before the game.

Ticket Is Processed The complimentary ticket information is transferred to the UMSL Athletics ticketing platform.

Check Email On the day of the game, the guest receives an electronic ticket at the email address provided.

Open the Ticket Look for an email from ticketing@app.hudl.com with the subject "You've Received A Complimentary Ticket."

Scan at Entry Select View Ticket and present the electronic ticket on your mobile device for scanning at the entrance.
Helpful Tip: Guests may also use the Hudl Fan App to access tickets. Open your ticket before reaching the entrance so it is ready to scan.

Complimentary Ticket FAQs

How many complimentary tickets may a student-athlete provide?

Each student-athlete may provide up to four complimentary tickets for regular-season home contests.

When must the student-athlete submit the request?

The request must be entered into Spry at least 24 hours prior to the game.

When will I receive my complimentary ticket?

The electronic ticket is sent to the email address provided by the student-athlete on the day of the game.

What email should I look for?

Look for an email from ticketing@app.hudl.com with the subject line "You've Received A Complimentary Ticket."

What do I show at the entrance?

Select View Ticket in the email and present the electronic ticket on your mobile device. The ticket will be scanned when you enter the venue.

What should I do if I do not see my ticket?

Check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from ticketing@app.hudl.com. You should also confirm with the student-athlete that the correct email address was submitted in Spry by the 24-hour deadline.

What if the student-athlete forgets to submit the complimentary ticket request in Spry at least 24 hours in advance?

Unfortunately, if the student-athlete does not submit the guest emails in Spry at least 24 hours prior to the game, the complimentary ticket privilege will be lost for that game.

Why does each student-athlete receive four complimentary tickets?

In accordance with NCAA rules, UMSL may provide up to four complimentary tickets per student-athlete for eligible regular-season home contests.

What about away games, conference tournaments and NCAA tournaments?

Complimentary tickets are not available for away games, conference tournaments or NCAA tournaments.

Can I buy additional tickets?

Yes. Additional tickets may be purchased through the UMSL Athletics online ticket portal.

Group Tickets

Adult Groups

Groups of 10 or more adults may purchase tickets for $7 per ticket.

Youth Groups

Groups of 8 or more youth may purchase tickets for $5 per ticket.

For group information, contact the UMSL Athletic Department at 314-516-5661 at least one week prior to the event.

Gameday & Facility Policies

Ticket gates open one hour prior to the scheduled event start time.

Indoor Facilities

The following are not permitted:

  • Animals, except for assistive purposes
  • Artificial noisemakers, including air horns, thunder-sticks and whistles
  • Banners or signs larger than 2' x 3'
  • Bikes, scooters, skateboards and similar items
  • Commercial-grade audio or visual equipment
  • Outside food or beverages, except a factory-sealed water bottle or food for medical purposes with approval of operations staff
  • Weapons or firearms, including those carried with a permit
  • Alcohol or tobacco

Banners and signs must reflect good sportsmanship and may not be on a pole or affixed to any part of the facility.
