ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team cruised into the GLVC Tournament semifinals by posting a 5-0 victory over Bellarmine on Friday in one of four quarterfinal round matches.
The Tritons improve to 16-5 overall and will face Lewis tomorrow at 12 p.m. at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in Forest Park. The Flyers defeated the Tritons, 6-3, during the regular season.
Junior Natalia Vaz de Carvalhais won at both singles and doubles to help UMSL to the win.
