KANSAS CITY, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team saw its season come to an end with a 3-0 loss at Rockhurst on Sunday in quarterfinal round action of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament.
The No. 4 seeded Hawks (13-3-2) scored once in the first half before adding a pair of insurance goals in the second half. The No. 5 seeded Tritons saw a seven-game unbeaten streak snapped with the loss and end their season at 9-7-2.
Rockhurst outshot UMSL, 17-13, and 7-6 in shots on goal. Sophomore
Jon Huelsman took four shots, while senior
Matt Burrus, who was one of five Tritons playing in his final collegiate game, had two shots on goal. Other seniors include

Dane O'Keefe,
Garrette Daugherty and
Majed Alam.
Junior
Nick Lenkman allowed a season-high three goals, while playing all 90 minutes in goal. He recorded three saves.
