Before UMSL: Played two years at Parkland College for coach Chuck Clutts … team was 98-25 during that time … helped team to a 53-8 record in her first season and a national runner-up finish … team went 45-17 during 2007 season and finished sixth at nationals … named to all-region and all-conference teams in first season.

High School: Played at Heritage High School for coach Patty Knott … had a .544 batting average as a senior, while setting a school record for stolen bases … four-time all-conference pick … named all-area first team as a junior and senior and all-area honorable mention as a freshman and sophomore … recorded the highest batting average in the area as a senior … two-time team MVP … also played volleyball and basketball for the Hawks, earning all-conference honors in both sports.
