LOUIS, MO. - University of Missouri-St. Louis head women's basketball coach Lisa Curliss-Taylor has announced the signing of Normeka Holder (St. Louis, Mo.) to a national letter of intent to join the Tritons program beginning with the 2010-11 academic year. Haden joins Kaitlin Sweatman who signed with the program in November and Hana Haden and Phoebe Robertson who signed with the program last month.
Holder, a 5-10 guard/forward, comes to UMSL from Kaskaskia College where she averaged 11.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game as a sophomore, while also sharing team MVP honors.
"I am pleased to have Normeka, a St. Louis native, join our program," said Curliss-Taylor. "She is a good athlete that can play both the guard and forward positions."
Holder prepped at Jennings High School where she was a first-team all-conference honoree. Go Back
