ST. LOUIS, MO. - Despite falling behind 3-0 after being swept in doubles play, the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's tennis team rallied back to sweep William Jewell in singles action en route to a 6-3 victory over the Cardinals in Great Lakes Valley Conference play on Saturday.
The win keeps UMSL undefeated in league play at 5-0, while the Tritons improve to 8-4 overall. William Jewell slips to 7-7 overall and 1-3 in the GLVC.
UMSL returns to the court on Tuesday at Lindenwood.
