Biography:
2007: Played in 11 games and started in three... collected three hits on the year... knocked in his lone RBI of the season against Southern Indiana... collected single hits against Lewis, Drury and Southern Indiana... named a GLVC Academic All-Conference selection.

Before UMSL: Played two years at Lincoln Trail College for head coach Mitch Hannahs… helped the team to a 74-29 record over both seasons… regional champions in 2005… conference champions in 2006… named a 2006 Academic All-American.

High School: Played at Racine Case High School for coach Craig Lepisto… lettered all four years and was captain for a year… as a senior, had a 3-1 record from the mound with a 2.43 ERA, hit .335 and had three home runs… helped the team to a 32-15 record his senior year and conference titles his junior and senior years… named all-conference and all-county honorable mention as both a junior and a senior.

Personal: Born September 24, 1985… son of Peter and Teri Jacobson… majoring in physical education and exercise science.
