Biography:
2007: Played in 23 games as a relief pitcher... finished with a record of 2-4 and a 4.12 ERA with one save... had 17 strikeouts in 24 innings of work... picked up a win against Northern Kentucky, going 1.2 innings in relief and allowing now runs on just one hit... picked up another win in relief against Missouri-Rolla, giving up one runs on one hit in 1.1 innings... picked up a save in a win over Wisconsin-Parkside, pitching one perfect inning in relief.

Before UMSL: Played two seasons at Washburn University as a pitcher.

High School: Played at Rockhurst High School for head coach Jim Degraw… earned three letters as a pitcher… helped the team to a second place finish in the state tournament with a 21-3 record his senior year… also played football and basketball for the Hawklets.

Personal: Born July 3, 1985… son of Mike Prestia…majoring in accounting.
