Biography:
2007: Played in 20 games in the field, starting in ten games, and pitched in 10 games, including eight starts... at the plate, hit .220 with nine hits and four runs scored... went 2-for-4 with a run scored in a win over Wisconsin-Parkside... went 1-for-2 with three runs scored against Southern Indiana... had a four game hitting streak and hit in six of eight games during one stretch... on the mound, had a 1-4 record with a 4.58 ERA... picked up his win against Lewis, going 6.0 innings and giving up no runs on five hits while striking out three.

Before UMSL: Played two seasons at Forest Park Community College for head coach Roy Tippett… helped the team to a 37-19 record as the team advanced to the NJCAA World Series his sophomore year.

High School: Played at Columbia High School for head coach Dustin Nail… earned four letters and was captain his senior year… went 5-1 from the mound as a senior and had a .400 batting average…also played basketball for the Eagles.

Personal: Born November 11, 1985… son of Mark Hargis and Diane Sanders… majoring in business accounting.
