 October 08, 2011MACOMB, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s tennis team had a successful outing at the 6th Annual Hinds-Kellogg Classic, hosted by Western Illinois Friday-Saturday.
The Tritons had top finishers in six of seven singles brackets and two of three doubles brackets. Freshman Leanne Cantalupo led all UMSL singles competitors with a runner-up finish at No. 2, while sophomore Louisa Werner and senior Leticia Garcia each placed third. LOUIS, MO. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team picked up its second straight 9-0 victory this fall with a win over Lindenwood-Belleville Tuesday afternoon at the UMSL Tennis Courts.
With the victory, the Tritons improve to 2-0 overall. UMSL will close out the fall portion of its schedule this weekend at the Western Illinois Invitational.

ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s tennis team defeated Lindenwood, 9-0, in its first dual match of the season Wednesday afternoon.
The Tritons return to action next Tuesday, hosting Lindenwood-Belleville in a 4 p.m. contest.
