Rau Closes Out Regional Play With a 79, Finishes 22nd

DUNCAN, OKLA. - Junior Matt Rau of the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team finished the 2010 NCAA Midwest/South Central Regional in a three-way tie for 22nd place Wednesday.

Rau entered the final round of 18 in an eight-way tie for 11th place and three strokes out of the lead, but shot a 79 to slip to 22nd place. He finished the three-day affair with an 11-over-par 227 (73-75-79).
