OWENSBORO, KY. – Senior Sarah Eisnaugle recorded 10 kills to help the University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team to a 3-0 victory at Kentucky Wesleyan Saturday afternoon in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.
The Tritons, which won by set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-12, improve to 19-10 on the season, including 9-3 in the GLVC, while Kentucky Wesleyan slips to 1-28 overall and 0-12 in the league.
Junior Megan Walker added six kills, hitting at a .667 clip after finishing with no errors in nine attempts. The Tritons hit .279 as a team, while holding the Panthers to a .086 percentage.
Junior Kayla Kinzinger dished out 23 assists and recorded five digs, while junior Carolyn Holstein tallied 11 digs.
UMSL returns home Friday in the start of a two-game homestand that closes out the regular season. The Tritons will entertain Bellarmine Friday at 7 p.m. before hosting Northern Kentucky Saturday at 3 p.m.
