SPRINGFIELD, MO. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team recorded a team score of 668 to finish in eighth place at the Pasta House Drury Spring Invitational in Springfield, Mo., Monday.
The Tritons fired rounds of 332 and 336, while Central Missouri put together rounds of 334 and 314 to earn a first place finish in the 12-team event.
Individually, Ryan Penfield tied for 14th (80-83 163), while Tim Cochran tied for 20th (81-84 165). Also for UMSL, Matt Winslow (86-84 170) and Tim Swoboda (85-85 170) tied for 35th, while Padraic Kerr finished in 60th place (91-89 190).
The invitational was to continue through Tuesday, but play was called at 1:30 p.m. due to rain, making all first round results, the final results. Return To Articles
