NOBLESVILLE, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men’s golf team fired a second round score of 305 to finish in a tie for 14th place at the Great Lakes Spring Regional at the Purgatory Golf Club. The Tritons had entered the day in 17th place after shooting a 311 on day one and finish the tournament with an overall score of 616.
Matt Winslow finished tied for 24th place to pace UMSL individually. Winslow shot rounds of 74 and 76 to finish with a 150 on the 72-par, 7,100-yard course.
Matt Thomas (80-74 154) and Tim Cochran (80-74 154) tied for 50th, while Ryan Penfield (81-81 162) and Tim Swoboda (77-85 162) tied for 82nd.
