Women's Golf in First at Lewis Mixed Fall Classic

LOCKPORT, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s golf team shot a first round score of 326 to sit in first place at the Lewis Mixed Fall Classic on Monday.

The final 18 holes will be played tomorrow morning.

Freshman Shweta Glande is in a three-way tie for first place individually, shooting a 79, along with Lewis’ Courtney Kellogg and Quincy’s Carrie Lambkin.

Lewis sits in second place (334), followed by Quincy (339), Illinois-Springfield (345) and Lewis B (368).

Also for the Tritons, senior Amie Koerner and junior Clara Vila are tied for fifth with an 81, while freshman Chelsea Kellogg is tied for 10th with an 85. Junior Carly Ball rounds out the scoring with an 87 and is tied for 13th.
