Following are the UMSL Athletic Honor Roll Student-Athletes for the fall 2007 semester. There were a total of 69 student-athletes who earned athletic honor roll distinction, including at least one student-athlete from each of the 11 sports. In addition to the individual honors, the UMSL Women's Tennis team had the highest GPA among the 11 UMSL sports with a team GPA of 3.348

Biography: Inducted: 2005
Stephanie Gabbert played three years on the UMSL women’s soccer team, playing in 58 career games and starting in 57 of those games. Gabbert scored 17 goals in her career, with 16 assists and 50 career points. She currently ranks 18th in career points in UMSL history and recorded six game-winning goals in her career. Gabbert was named a three-time all-region selection in 1986, 1987 and 1988. She was also named an All-American selection as a senior in 1988. Gabbert went on to a successful career in soccer after her playing career at UMSL as she served as head coach at Iowa, where she was named Big 10 Coach of the Year in 2000, and later coached at Iowa State. Currently, Gabbert is the Region II National Staff Coach for the U.S. Soccer Women’s National Team.
